A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Sales and Marketing Operations team is client centric and strategises to distinctively position PwC’s brand in the marketplace and facilitate long term revenue growth. As part of our team, you’ll help with the team to report, maintain, and analyse data within customer relationship management systems.

The M&C Finance and Operations team provides oversight of the finance, global sourcing, and automation programs supporting the Marketing & Communications and Client Experience organization. The team also provides support for our strategic initiatives.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating depth and breadth of knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Marketing & Sales operations;
  • Showcasing ability to develop and/or present complex analyses and financial information;
  • Demonstrating ability to accurately analyze financial results, identifying possible issues, making and clearly communicating recommendations, supporting conclusions, and functioning as an advocate for Marketing & Sales;
  • Proving ability to manage multiple complex and large budget projects on time, and within scope and with quality completion;
  • Driving strategy, managing risk and developing robust policies and processes;
  • Identifying and managing interdependencies within projects;
  • Driving innovation of processes and efficiencies, including through the use of technology and automations;
  • Possessing proven project management capabilities such as taking the lead in developing project plan, identifying project deliverables/ risks and developing risk management plan, directing project resources and overseeing quality assurance of project management process;
  • Demonstrating familiarity with project management tools;
  • Tracking, reporting, and forecasting project status and raising concerns proactively;
  • Collaborating in a matrixed organization and influencing without direct oversight of resources;
  • Staying informed of firm, M&C/CE & SI & Ops strategy to drive alignment of projects and tasks;
  • Maintaining vendor relationships and monitor for SLAs and KPIs being met across all vendors, including responsibility for request in-take tool;
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities; and participating in adoption;
  • Monitoring the business environment for trends, risks and opportunities that could potentially affect the success of a National Marketing & Comms/Client Experience team and proactively address relevant issues;
  • Analyzing results accurately, identifying possible issues, making and clearly communicating recommendations, supporting conclusions, and functioning as a persuasive representative;
  • Being comfortable working independently;
  • Influencing leadership by providing project and operational planning, administration and implementation;
  • Operating as a trusted business advisor to leadership enabling well informed, strategic business decisions and also developing and/or presenting complex analyses and financial information; and,
  • Influencing functional leaders to apply greater project management discipline in executing their key initiatives to increase the probability of success within time, scope, and quality parameters or the triple constraints.
