We will count on you to:

  • Provide direct phone-based support to pension plan participants, utilizing thorough knowledge of the specific pension plans assigned to the Pension Administration Specialist
  • Manage administrative and case management issues as well as data processing activities on a daily basis.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met; notify project manager or client if timelines are in jeopardy.
  • Perform pension calculations
  • Manage client data using variety of technical tools and resources.
  • Manage client requests and processes.

What you need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in benefits administration is required
  • Experience using and enhancing Excel calculator worksheets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent organizational, time management, execution, and tracking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid follow through, with the ability to set and deliver on priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • MS Office Suite of software programs

The National US average range for this role is $40,800 to $61,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range; however, such a decision will be dependent on a case by case basis.
