Position Summary:
The Sales Operations analyst provides tactical and strategic support to the Sales Channel. The position is responsible for analysis and reporting and enhancing sales capability through tools, techniques and process improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs in depth analysis on sales performance, productivity, purchase trends, revenue tracking and general business analytics.
  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales Mgmt team.
  • Anticipates and removes barriers to expedite the sales process.
  • Communicates pro-actively with the Sales Team on performance metrics (Activity, Sales, Territory Management, etc.)
  • Super User for all systems and tools used by the Sales Team to include but not limited to the CCRM, Concur and Qlik Sense
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifies sales opportunities
  • Uses new and existing tools to create heat maps and make recommendations for better territory management and market penetration
  • Identify, assess and implement new tools and processes to improve sales analytics.
  • Manage and process sales tracings data from key accounts and convert into L&R USA’s system
  • Administration of accurate commission processing, systems and reporting
  • Oversight and administration of FSS, GPO, account rebate and local sales contracts
  • Resolves escalated issues from customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Supports processes on lead management, development and execution of lead nurturing, scoring, routing and impact on L&R USA’s sales pipeline.
  • Collaborates with L&R USA’s staff to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Keeps Management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Director of Projects & Training.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Computer Science is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work related experience in sales operations is required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment and with customer management database system is preferred.
  • Advanced skills level required in Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of LRUS.
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
    Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to read computer screens and mail.
  • Ability to unpack and move supplies up to 30 pounds.
